NMC Docs

For invited clients

Accept your agency's invitation, follow up on new leads, and record which ones became jobs.

Your agency manages your tracking sources, integrations, and billing. Your role in NMC is to follow up with incoming leads and keep their stages and job values accurate so both you and your agency can see what your marketing brings in.

Open the invitation email from NMC and follow the link, signing in with the exact email address your agency invited. If the link has expired or you can’t see your business after signing in, ask your agency to resend the invitation.

  1. Sign in and open your business’s Inbox.

  2. Filter or look for leads marked Needs review to handle AI suggestions, and open any new lead to inspect its calls, texts, forms, emails, and journey.

  3. Play the call recording or skim the transcript, text, or form fields. Always check the activity itself if an AI review suggestion doesn’t look right.

  4. Call or email the customer back from your regular business phone or email. Missed call alert emails also include Call back and Text buttons that open directly on your phone.

  5. Keep open leads updated across New, Qualified, and Converted. Whenever a lead books or finishes paid work, mark it Converted and enter the job value.

  6. Close spam, wrong numbers, job seekers, or existing-customer calls as Not a lead, and Archive real requests that didn’t go ahead, picking the reason that fits best.

Keep in mind that an AI suggestion is never confirmation of a booked job; only mark a lead Converted once you know you won the work. If you ever update a lead by mistake, see Correcting a lead.

With client access, you can view your business’s Overview, Inbox, Contacts, and Activities (including recordings and transcripts), and you can update leads and contacts. Tracking numbers, forwarding numbers, Google integrations, client invitations, API keys, webhooks, and billing are all managed by your agency.

You can choose which notification emails you receive under Settings → Email alerts. Contact your agency if you need to change where calls forward, check on missing tracking, or ask about billing. For help using NMC itself, check troubleshooting or contact support.
