Sign-in and security
Reset your password, manage your sign-in settings, and control access.
Sign in to NMC at app.nomissedconversions.com using the email address you signed up with or where you received your invitation.
If you can’t sign in
Section titled “If you can’t sign in”Use the sign-in or password reset options on the sign-in page, and check both your inbox and spam or junk folder for confirmation or reset emails. Always use the newest email link, and request a fresh link if yours has expired.
If you’re signing in through a client invitation:
- Didn’t get the invitation or link expired: Ask your agency to check which email address they invited and resend the invitation if needed.
- Signed in, no business shown: Ask your agency to confirm you still have client access to the business.
Manage your own access
Section titled “Manage your own access”Open Sign-in & security to manage how you sign in and what has access to your user account:
- Change your password: Update your NMC password directly on Sign-in & security (if you sign in with Google, change your password in your Google account instead). If you last signed in more than 24 hours ago, NMC emails you a verification code to enter before saving the new password.
- Change your sign-in email: Contact support to update the email address you use to sign in.
- Invite teammates instead of sharing passwords: Give each person their own sign-in. Admins can add team members to the account from People, and agencies can invite clients to a business from Client access.
- Connected AI apps: Review or disconnect AI tools under Connected AI apps. See AI assistants.
- Leave an account: Choose Leave account if you no longer work in that account. If you’re the only admin left, make another user an admin first.
- API keys and webhook secrets: Business API keys and webhook signing secrets are separate from your sign-in password. Never put them in browser code, emails, screenshots, or version control. When you stop using an API key, remove it in NMC and update any software that used it.
When you contact support
Section titled “When you contact support”If password recovery doesn’t get you back in, contact support and include the email address you sign in with along with the business you’re trying to reach. Never share your password, a sign-in link, an API key, or a verification code with anyone, including support.
