Client access

Invite clients to view their business's results and update leads with their own sign-in.

Agency accounts can invite clients to view and work leads on their own business without seeing your agency’s billing, settings, or other clients. A business can have multiple invited clients, each with their own sign-in. (To add teammates to your agency account instead, have an admin invite them from Settings → People.)

  1. Open the client’s business and go to Settings → Client access.
  2. Choose Invite client, enter Client email, and send the invitation.
  3. Ask your client to open the email and accept the link using that exact email address.
  4. Confirm the client appears under active access on Client access.

Client access lists everyone who currently has client access to that business along with any pending invitations. Once an invitation is accepted or revoked, it leaves the pending list and its link stops working.

If an invitation expires or your client can’t find the email, choose Resend invitation (or invite the same email address again). Both send a fresh link and invalidate the earlier one. To cancel a pending invitation before it is used, choose Revoke.

Available to invited clients Managed by your agency account
View overview results, inbox, contacts, and activities. Tracking sources, pools, and forwarding numbers.
Listen to call recordings and read call transcripts. Google integrations, business settings, and team notifications.
Update lead stages, enter job values, and close leads. Billing, client invitations, API keys, and webhooks.

After accepting their invitation, clients receive new lead alerts, missed call alerts, and the weekly digest under your agency’s name. Each client can turn individual emails on or off in their own Email alerts settings. See Notifications.

To remove someone’s access, choose Remove access next to their name on Settings → Client access and confirm Yes, remove. That person immediately loses access to the business, while all leads, tracking, and other invited clients stay untouched.

Share the invited client guide with your client when you invite them so they know how to review and update leads each day.
